I don't see an issue, yes you are over the trucks GVWR, but well under the RAWR of 6,100#, you have 1,200# of margin on the stock size tires, and remember as a 2500 series RAM you have a STRONG full floating rear axle.
Likely sits level or a bit tail up still, I would not give it a second thought.

Front 7460 AS you can see my front axles weights more then most pickups weight.
Rear 6280
Total 13740
above is the truck weight without the camper.
Front 7002
Rear 8550
Pin weight 4270
Camper axles 14188
GRoss with the camper 29740 with no water and no propane.
1987 Ford F800 Diesel with Road Ranger 10 speed, 60" stand up sleeper and hauler bed.
Camper 2012 Heartland Landmark Key Largo, 41ft long and gross weight around 16,250.
Hitch is Trailer Saver TS3

Ok, in response to the title of the post and without fear from the weight watchers international. Here we go,

2012 F-350 Lariat FX4 Crew cab on 20's with me, the boss and our dog full of fuel.

2014 Work and Play 44RLS with normal supplies full tank of fuel in fuel station, but no toys on board.

Steer axle - 5100
Drive axle - 6800
Trailer axle(3)-9420
Gross - 21,320
Trailer weight is just north of 13,000
Trailer GVWR is 20,840 or in other words 7,000+ for toys............

About 3 1/2" gallons. Enough to clear out a fairly large room.
