2004 Dodge Dually, CTD, 6 speed, 4.10 gears, 30 gal. aux fuel tank. With 2 passengers, 65 gal fuel, 16K hitch, minimal tools. The truck scaled at 8300 lbs. Truck Ratings: Front axle 4740 Rear axle 9350 GVWR 11500 GCVWR 23000 Fiver GVWR 15000 Last trip across the scales with the SunnyBrook: Front axle 4620 Rear axle 6940 Trailer axles 11040 Total truck axles 11560 Combined truck and trailer 22600 Pin weight 3260 With the Lance TC loaded the truck scales at 11600 lbs. Dont have the axles weights handy but can look them up if someone would like to know. More weight obviously goes to the front axle. ryoung * This post was edited 09/30/07 04:16pm by ryoung * 2018 Ram 3500 SRW Diesel 2019 Wolf Creek 840

I weighed my trailer axles only, with WD hitch hooked up, to get a true reading of the actual weight on the tires. Came out at 8,660 pounds fully loaded with both motorcycles. GVWR 11,560 lbs Axle weight 6,260 lbs Ship/Dry weight 7,420 lbs, which I doubt is accurate. 2006 Weekend Warrior LE 3505 2004 Ford F-250 Supercab SRW 6.0L Diesel/Auto |

The 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Crew Cab DRW Duramax/Allison has the following numbers: --Gross vehicle weight rating: 11,400 --Max trailer weight (5th wheel): 16,400 lbs (2wd), 16,000 lbs (4x4) --Gross combined weight rating: 23,500 lbs Here are the nums on my truck and trailer combo as weighed on a CAT scale: * front axle - 4240 * rear axle - 5900 * trailer axles - 9520 * total gross combined weight - 19660 * pin weight of trailer - 2380 * total weight of trailer - 11900 * total weight of truck (see above) - 7760 The trailer is a Cedar Creek 34RLBS. It only has two slides and therefore is probably one of the lighter ones. My margins are: --Gross vehicle weight rating minus actual vehicle weight equals excess load capacity: ---11,400 - 7760 = 3640 lbs. --Excess load capacity minus actual load equals load carrying margin: ---3640 - 2380 = 1260 lbs. --Max trailer weight (5th wheel) minus actual trailer weight equals trailer weight margin: ---16,400 - 11900 = 4500 lbs. --Gross combined weight rating minus actual combined weight equals gross combined weight margin: ---23,500 -19660 = 3840lbs. 2015 Ford F-350 Lariat 2018 Cedar Creek 36 CK2 www.cedarcreekrvownersclub.com
