Furnace screen cover
![[image]](http://www.tacticaladvantage.com/sniper/Camper/20BH/screens2resize.gif)
Loopy, we have a '08 Jayco JayFlight G2 23FB & the furnace vent looks the same as yours. We have the Atwood Hydro Flame 8500 furnace. I've been trying to find the Mud Dauber screen for it but unsuccessful so far. Everyone I've found differs from yours. Rather than being simply round, it is rectangular with the round protrusion in the bottom half of the screen. Were I to use that one, half of the screening would be above the furnace vent resting on the side of the TT. What is the brand name of yours, model # & where did you buy yours. Thanks for your help,
Wayne

Don't ask me how they catagorize these screens or how I figured out which one was correct but the following link will have exactly what you need.

Used the available 4 pin connector to get power for the camera. Used the parking lights feed for the 12VDC.

Refrigerator Door Keeper
In the past 50,000 miles we've traveled, many of those roads were along back roads, dirt roads and roads that looked like a blind grader operator had finished them. On a few occasions, we've had the doors on the refrigerator or freezer come open which allowed the contents to spill out all over the camper floor.
This is not what you want to walk into when you first pull into camp.
So I put on my thinking cap and came up with this little ingenious idea.
It was simple, under $10 and was finished in under 10 minutes.
![[image]](http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q190/Bonishphoto/RefrigeratorDoorKeeper.jpg)
I started with some Heavy Duty Ring Hangers that I had found in the picture hanging section of the hardware store. They have multiple sizes to choose from, I just grabbed two packages of the biggest ones they had on the shelf. They came two per pack.
I screwed one ring hanger on each side of the freezer and refrigerator doors. I centered them to the straps would hold the middle of the doors when they're strapped in.
![[image]](http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q190/Bonishphoto/RefrigeratorDoorKeeper1.jpg)
Once I had the ring hangers screwed in - This took all of one minute each, and there was four total, I measured and cut some Velcro strap material so I would have enough to go around each ring hanger and still have plenty of Velcro to get a good bite on itself.
Now that I had the Velcro cut, I fed it through the ring hangers and tested it to make sure I had enough strap.
![[image]](http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q190/Bonishphoto/RefrigeratorDoorKeeper2.jpg)
Once I knew everything worked properly, I can leave the Velcro straps hanging on the hinge side of the refrigerator and not have to worry about storing them or even putting them away.
When we're ready to drive off, I can strap the fridge closed and never have to worry about the doors opening up and losing any of our precious food.

This weekend's project was finishing up the WD bar storage on the A frame. I welded two pieces of 1 1/2" heavy wall conduit to my bike rack supports. The greasy WD bars drop right in and then get padlocked to the safety chains. You can also see the new support bar for spare tire. Next up is to add a receiver tube to the A frame to hold the hitch assembly while at camp. I tried locking it in the ball socket but it still sticks out enough to bust a knee on.

I like the Equalizer storage. Looks clean and simple. I'll be borrowing that idea. I promise to give it back when I'm done with it.

Here's my new bun warmer ![biggrin [emoticon]](http://www.coastresorts.com/sharedcontent/cfb/images/biggrin.gif)
The mfg didn't put a heating vent in the bathroom so when it's cold outside we would have to leave the door open to get heat in the bathroom. While cleaning the vents this spring I realized that the ductwork went a good 9 inches into the bathroom so I bought a 4" round HVAC vent with a adjustable damper built into it and cut a hole between the toilet and the wall to install it. The door can be left closed and and the room stays comfortably warm for a shower, or for reading a magazine ![biggrin [emoticon]](http://www.coastresorts.com/sharedcontent/cfb/images/biggrin.gif)
