Stewart - I used a broom clip (the ones you use to hang a broom by the handle on the wall) for the umbilical. Works real nice to keep the water and snow out of my connector.

I worried about the same thing, but then I realized I could either make the TT nicer to use, or leave the walls blank for the next owner...

I used short screws and the tightened up nicely. Just got back from a 5 nighter and everyone enjoyed the additions, including me!

Edited to correct spelling...

yes!
I always wonder about people who base their buying decisions on resale value, unless I look at it as an investment I consider the pleasure I will get from it not how little I will lose on the deal. buy it use it enjoy it when the wheels fall of replace it.

I had to find another solution to the bike rack question, 1 trip ago pulling out of my driveway I had alomst pulled the bikes of teh bumper mounted rack. Here's what I came up with, it is a TopLine folding bike rack that I fabricated supports that attached to the front frame of the TT. I addition I created a removal "T" bracket to hold the bikes on the rack(see 2nd picture).

Ricky153,

No, I remove the bucket when towing, mainly because there's not a whole lot to keep the bucket from being taken off by the wind while underway. When it's parked, and the bucket's on, the weight of the chains keep it on and in place (kind of a cool, unforeseen, perk).

Probably not a whole lot. I'm going to use it to carry my blue tank, which is only 10 pounds maybe.
