Vintagejunkie we had a prowler like yours. It was a 17' or 17 1/2'. It was pretty cool and looked good when she was all waxed up. Just ended up being too small with the two of us and a couple dogs.

Here's my 06 2500 MegaCab.
It is not enough truck. 25,000 lbs gross weight and 8,500 lbs on the single rear wheels. Too much for the tires!!!
This fall I will be researching the 2010 CrewCab 3500. vs Cab & Chassis 3500.

My new tow vehicle is a 2009 Ford F-150 XL, nothing fancy, no bells or whistles other than the basic stuff. Very happy with it, easy to drive,
very comfy. It does have the tow package from Ford.
