Ha ha. My tires are about 1300$ Retail for a set. I am a Ford Dealer Diesel technician and I get about a half price discount. I was already putting new ones on in a few weeks because my old ones have about 4/32 left. (45k miles) It barely even scuffed the E rated tires anyway. There's still 4/32 left.
I've done a lot of upgrades to the truck in the last 4-5 months. New 175/30 injectors,
A Barder Stage 2 turbo, Stage 2 WPE ported intake, Warren diesel full billet transmission, water/methanol injection, S&B Cold Air intake, ARB rear diff air locker. The truck has always been a beast and never let me down. It was time to treat it to a few goodies at 178k miles.
Here's the video if you'd like to watch!
Also, I haven't done this since I was about 17 when I had a 88 mustang GT.

35x12.5x20 Toyo Open Country....why?
My last two sets were Goodyear Wrangler AT/2 in 275/65/20. Those were nice too. I loved the open country's and that's what's going on next.

Our Dodge MegaCab was damaged by an idiot who was texting while driving - she STOPPED on the interstate then got smacked by an F-350 dually, I smacked him and he smacked her again - and it was in the shop for a month:

Got it fixed and back out on the road again:

But all kinds of trouble came after the repairs...bad sensors, PCM to main harness connection, steering wobble, driveline vibration and whine...and one morning it just quit on me. I did some repairs and immediately turned it over on a new truck. Even so, I miss this truck:

No, no, I been a big fan of Toyo's since 2006. It's just they're definitely not a cheap tire and I try to get as many miles out of them as possible.
