We bought a TT in April of this year and then realized just want we got ourselves into. This site has been a huge help as far as learning how to tow safely as well as how to do various maintenance items on it. We first towed the trailer with our Jeep Liberty on a 600 mile round trip. After that we decided that based on how it towed and the information found here that it would be something we wouldn't do again, and like many others, strongly recommend against others doing it. So we bought a truck for our next trailer we get in a few years which will probably be a fifth wheel. Obviously for now the truck does a much much better job with the trailer than the Liberty did.

Took delivery this am. Spent the afternoon getting setup, and right before sundown caught my first fish in like 10 years.

Congrats, Robrob! Nice little unit. I'm curious which campground you were at in those pic's.

Sold our 03 Lance 1071 and a week later had this Forest River Surveyor 243RBS in the driveway, We now have gone all the way around the horn 1 1/2 times going from a tent, pop-up, TC, MH, TT, TC, tent, TT, and every time we think ( OK this is the last trade ) Maybe this will be it for a while, because I now have an old TC I can use for the times when it will be the best option and a nice TT when it is the best option, as we all know not one single camper is best for all types of camping. anyway this is a pic thread so here is the new TT.
