Our dog was recovering from bladder surgery, so she got a nice comfy place to sleep.

I'm a month behind on posting these, but, here are some pics from our weekend up at Big Meadows in the Shenandoah National Park in Va. We had absolutely perfect weather. We saw a lot of wildlife including Momma bear and her kids. Very exciting.

Here are pics from last weekend at the local Charlottesville KOA. We decided to do this since the Dometic fridge needed recall work and they had a summer resident tech able to perform the work. They said if he had to come to us, it he would have to charge $40 for the trip. Since the rates at the KOA were $35 per night it seemed like another good chance to get in a weekend out.
The site wasn't the most beautiful site we've ever been on, but, it was as level as we've seen. Nice surroundings. Lots of trees. Had a bunch of serious party folks across from us and we had a great time with them. The CG a had a clean and well maintained pool, so, we had a kewl place to cool off. Bath house was spotless. CG folks were professional. We'll go back again.

Kenn209,
We were in the A loop. I can't recall the site number. That was our first time at Chippokes and we loved it. We went with three other families and all of us are going back next year.
