Nope im planted there all summer, its like 4 miles from our house and with my line of work its hard to know what weekend i will have off so this makes it nice for the wife and kids.If i have to work they can still go up to the camp. Also its nice cause we work close buy and can stay there week nights and get up and go right to work with no problems. But the main reason we do a seasonal is i have no idea what time i will get out on fridays and its not worth it to get home a 8 pm and hook up and go set up so we find this is a great way to camp for us and alot less hastles. If we didnt do seasonal im affraid the HTT would set home and never get usedBut we do have a couple weekends we are gonna pull out and go to Sampson for the HTT rally and maybe to Brenans beach on lake ontario with some other family members

First trip in the new Roo went pretty well this weekend. We stayed close to home so we could use our baseball tickets for the weekend. Made a few mistakes, but I don't think we broke anything that can't be repaired, and we made it home safe and sound. We didn't take a lot of pictures. The camera started acting up. I cooked the first meal inside on Sunday morning. We had pancakes and sausage and bacon, then I grilled hamburgers to christen the grill for the first time Sunday night.

Taffy is officially a camping kitty now. She did very well and once she got used to campground noise around us, seemed to relax and have a really good time.

We had a pull-thru site with full hookups so we got to use everything and practice dumping and other chores before we go a little more primitive next weekend. Even though I had the advantage of the pull-thru, I still had to back it down this driveway when we got home.

Not to bad actually, so next week should be pretty easy at our back in site.
