Our new (to us) 2012 Kodiak 181E

I was wondering how your Explorer tows the Kodiak? I think the max capacity of the Explorer is 5000 pounds?

I think that is a Hyundai...

Yes 2014 Santa Fe XL. Had a WD hitch with Sway installed. The XL (which is the V6 version) is rated to pull 5000lbs. The trailer is 3400 dry. Our first big trip was Toronto to Lake Placid to Bar Harbor to PEI to Quebec, and back. We drove it 2000 miles on everything from freeway, steep mountain, to gravel roads, to dodging fallen trees and torrential rain from Hurricane Arthur. It handled beautifully and I did not have to bury the gas pedal once going up a mountain on US#2.

They are Pop up Gizmos. Well worth the money! Not only do they keep the canvas clean on the bunk ends, but they reflect heat during the day and retain it inside at night. These were well worth the money!

Love our 23TQX as well. Wanted to ask, where did you get the covers for your bunk areas?

First trip with the new HTT. Love this trailer! Setting it up I had a couple other family men come over and wanted to check it out and were fascinated with amount of space a HTT can produce!

There's nothing quite like looking out the 'bedroom' window of our Starcraft 21SSD to see your motorcycle nice and safe on the 'porch'.
