Glad you are really pleased! We have a Starcraft Antigua from 2007 (although they call it a 2008). Very happy and we hope to use it another 8-10 years until the kids are out on their own.

Take a close look at the roof and make sure that the seams are in good shape as well as the rubber roof membrane. The membrane should be fine, but be sure the caulking is not cracking up there. Of course, you may well know all this already lol.

I actually did take offence at first, I was gonna post something bad a few days ago, but decided to keep my comments to myself. I think this rig is great, we went on our first camping trip this weekend, and it only re assured me how happy I am to own this camper! some people feel they need the latest and greatest camper, but if you have one that is functioning fine, why do you need anything more. This is paid for, and providing the fun we had hoped for. I can't ask for anything more!

I'm sorry your 5 year old camper isn't holding up, but mine is doing great at 10+ years old. the previous owner took great care of it and I plan to do the same!

Thanks again to all those who gave positive feedback! [emoticon]

In terms of history of hybrids . 1999 is a relic Nice!

I think CLASSIC is a better word than relic.

The things that come to those that wait will be the junky stuff left by those that got there 1st.

Remember; never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.
