They are factory. But I think it would be easy enough to add your own!

Hey, that looks just like mine! LOL well, I have different colored counters and fabric, but close enough. On my 17Z, the cabinet doors over the couch swing up to open also. I've done quite a few mods on mine.
We love ours. Best of luck with it!!
