bukhrn - I can answer that - yes, on the RV full hook up side. On the dry camping side, sites are a little further apart, but still close.

We spent our time in Colter Bay eating and sleeping .. I wouldn't worry about the lack of space. Location, location, location plus a gorgeous lake view.

I would agree wholeheartedly! It's gorgeous and the closeness didn't bother us. The scenery is amazing and easily within walking distance to the lake and marina, museum, shops, mini-mart, laundry and showers, two restaurants, and trails. Great spot. One of my favorites.

Jasper National Park, Alberta, Canada

Whistlers campsite, the Elk are plentiful in this campsite, Sept when we there is rutting season. The Elk trek through your campsite early mornings. Very easy to get photos of both female and male Elk although I caution getting close to the males, use your zoom!! They will attack!!

Some of the scenery... some hiking involved. Pictures all taken just last week, still plenty of green for mid Sept for this part of the country.

Nice DirtyOil - we've been to all of those places and stayed at Whistler's. When we got to the CG, all the hookup sites were taken, so we stayed in a dry spot in the back. Liked it so much better that we opted out of our place in line for the hookups.
