Memorial Day Weekend at The Grove Campground which is run by the National Forest Service. This was site B7. The sites are so far apart that even on holiday weekends you dont have to worry about your neighbors

We love the two tiered sites with the firepit away from the camper. This place couldn't be anymore shady. The more trees the better for me.

It's mostly original - I have had it repainted in the factory paint once and I replaced the factory tent due to aging canvas once, but other than that it's all factory original. We really enjoy camping in it, and it seems to draw a lot of attention in the campgrounds (typically state parks).
Thanks for the kind words!

Many years ago I drove a rt hand drive delivery panel van version of that vehicle in Bermuda. Looks to be same vintage judging by rear air vents etc. Durable vehicles. Dog to drive. No power anything.

We stayed their earlier this year. It's a very short drive from the campground to any of the falls - well worth the trip if you have the opportunity

Nope, manual all the way, and drives like a semi on the highway - slow and ~very~ subject to high winds. Just the same I wouldn't trade it for anything else
