A. H. Stephens State Park, Crawfordville, GA, site# 11, WE, 19-21 Aug 2011. DW and I had a really great time. We love to hike and geocaching and this park has plenty of both. They have a very informative tour of the Stephens' homestead. The staff is very friendly. It is a plus for us, but for others there is definitely not a lot of shopping and tourist activities in the area.

Thanks! I realize I didn't post the picnic table and EZ-up. The tables there are concrete and on a concrete pad.

Did you have water/elec hook-ups? Is it hard to get into that park as far as reservations go?
Always looking for new places to go. DW wants to get to the west side of the state next summer.
