Four Mile Creek State Park, New York (10 minutes from Niagara Falls) - site ovelooking Great Lake Ontario. On a clear day, Toronto can be seen across the water......

Mahlon Dickerson Reservation is a County Park in New Jersey - nice quiet spot - we used it as a base for New York City which is approx 45 miles directly east on the route 81

Pohick Bay is a regional park in Virginia - site #48,electric hook-up only - Great base for visiting Washington DC (the metro is approx 10 mi away) plus Mount Vernon, Mason Neck State Park, Mason Neck National Wildlife Refuge and Gunston Hall Plantation are all nearby

I routinely photograph every campground we stay in, one aesthetic shot and another called "Views From The Window", always out the dining room window, regardless of what's out there. Rather than repost all these photos here, please refer to our website, linked below. Look under the "places" keyword, alphabetically under "campgrounds..." or "view from...".
