Get the RV raised up on blocks under the tires until it's level add the thickness of the blocks to the distance the bed clearance needs to raise, that is how much the suspension needs to raise.

My RV has 3" risers and my high point is 13' 5" with no issues.

Just purchased 2009 Cardinal 30 TS. TV 2014 3500 Dodg Ram SWA. FW not level and kingpin close,to,rubbing truck bed rails. Have RW IN FOR SUSPENSION TO BE RAISED 5 " should solve problem? Hope rig not too tall should be 13'.

Our Cardinal looks just like yours. We bought it new in 2007 and have not gotten tired of it yet. I raised ours by installing Correct Track. It will raise it 2" I recommend that when they raise the fiver that they install the mor ryde Xfactor braces or something similar. There was reports of frame cracks and the braces will prevent it. Nice Rig!!

Almost forgot, check out the Cardinal RV club. Lots of knowledge on that site about the Cardinals.

Got my 2009 Cardinal back. They raised it 5" with new box frame. Cut 1" off the trail air pin box. Now the Cardinal is level and the pin box will clear my box rails. I can do 90 deg turn and no issues. My only issue is our step is high need another step. Will look at my options.

Very happy with adjustments.

I love the new Bighorn colors, but I love mine too with all the bells, whistles, and add-ons. Great quality so we are hanging onto ours for the long haul.
