Happy Mothers Day to all the Moms out there.
Hope you have a great day and stay safe.

We had snow yesterday. We actually had a ground covering.
Today we may hit 60 degrees with a little sun. Weather people said we will see 70's Thursday and Friday.

Good morning everyone. Last night my daughter Robin was called by hospice to come and see her husband for the last time before he passed. He has been fighting for his life over a week now and finally his body is worn out. He contracted the virus while he was in the nursing home along with several other people and I guess with the other things going on it was just too much for him. He was a retired preacher so He knew Jesus Christ as Savior, so he is with God this morning resting in his bosom.

I hope all is well with everyone this morning. I had some strange dreams last night. maybe it was because of Ed's passing. Anyway this morning I am thinking about all of my family, passed, present and future. our great grandson Jameson is growing like a green gourd. Pastor said we will start having Church at the end of May. I will be happy to be back with our church family. One of our retired pastors is at North Myrtle Beach camping. I guess he is an example it's never too late to start camping. He is 81 years old and he and his wife just bought a new camper. His wife is younger than he is and she does all of the hitching up and driving. He says he sometimes has a panic attack when some things began to happen, but he says his wife is a good driver and handles the truck and rig very well. On their first trip out they blew a tire on the camper. I guess if you get the hard things out of the way first you learn to take about anything that comes along.

Okay I need to get moving so I will close for now wishing everyone a blessed day. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them.

I am at a loss this morning as to what to do about Robin. Blakely is four hundred miles from us and I just don't feel I can make that trip right now. The funeral service will be grave side and by invitation lonely. Since Ed's family is taking care of the funeral and they are sending out the invitations most likely we won't be invited so rather than face that possibility we will just stay home. Robin has had some bad confrontations with Ed's daughter and she has made it plain about her feelings toward us. Robin had to move out of her home because Ed's daughter and son own the home. For some reason ED put the home in their name leaving Robin no where to live, So she found a place in Blakely and has moved already. All of this is so strange. The kids didn't approve of Ed marrying Robin and they have made it HARD ON ROBIN. I really don't know the whole story since I have only heard Robin's side of it so I will refrain from saying anymore. Okay I will close for now wishing everyone a blessed day. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them.

Sorry Robin and your family are going through this. Good decision to stay home, Richard. Aside from the family drama you don't need, one of the early corona hot spots was in Albany, GA due to a funeral and the spread after. It just about overwhelmed the local health care system. I hope you can give Robin the support she needs by phone or skype.

Good morning everyone. The funeral is not until Monday. WE will not be going for fear of the virus. Ed had the virus before he died. The campground is now site specific and I was not able to get a reservation suitable for our camper, So because of those two reasons we will not be going. Robin was understanding and said she had rather we not come and stay safe and stay home.

I hope everyone is okay I and wish you a blessed day. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them.

Very sorry for Robin's predicament. Praying everyone can make this about celebrating Ed's life and leave the bad feelings behind. Will be praying for her.

Our prayers go out to Robin.
Sorry she is in such a predicament.

This virus is making a lot of things very difficult.
Funerals is one of those things.
You should not have to be invited to pay your respects when someone passes.
We had to go through that last month when our nephew passed. We opted not to go. Only 10 were allowed so the divide up 10 at a time for 30 minute stretch.

Something strange. I went to bed last night at 11[emoticon]M. I woke up at 9:Am with low blood sugar. got something to raise the blood sugar and went back to bed and slept until 6[emoticon]M. Got up and ate something feeling very strange. Here I am at 9:35PM wide awake and wondering if I will sleep tonight? Let you know in the morning how I feel.
