Yesterday my Cookie went to Rainbow Bridge. It was a hard decision but she could hardly walk and her breathing appeared to be difficult. I held her in my arms as she pressed up against me as she went. My other Shih Tzu Rocky just keeps looking for her in the house and yard. I will be getting her back in a week or so in a special Urn with her paw print and a bit of her hair.

I don't know what they call that stuff the Vet injected in her but it was so quick and painless for her and that made me feel a little better to know that she did not suffer. She would have been 16 this November 2nd. My Rocky is 2 yrs younger.

So sorry, Sgt Joe. I'm glad she went peacefully in your arms. Take care and give Rocky lots of hugs from us too.

Yesterday we lost a family member, Brenda Williams passed peacefully into heaven where Jesus Christ was waiting to welcome her into his Kingdom. Brenda was the mother of Travis our son in law. She was a kind gentle person who loved her family very much.

Richard - very sorry to hear of the passing of Brenda - she is with the Lord now.

Sgt Joe - so sorry for your loss of Cookie, I know too well how that feels. She is at the Bridge waiting for you.
