Why is it that even looking at that banner makes me start to bawl?

Just like the others....I love this thread.

Thanks for the pictures Rich, what a nice looking family you have. Old Fella looks like a differant dog from when you first posted his picture. What a nice reward that must be for you.

Great pictures and what a lovely lady you have! We know she is as beautiful inside as out, because she went along with your plans to rescue this dog. The human kids look like they are straight out of central casting. What a gorgeous family, and you have taught them all to look past the obvious and "see" what lies within, whether man or dog. Good job, Rich.

HI Richard,
Those are some great photo of Old Fella, Your banner, and your camping spot.
Do you go there often?

Carl

If you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of

Hello FOOFs,

Here is a link to great pics/comments of Katrina pets taken by a Pasado volunteer.

I'm so thankful that individuals like DF and Mandy are around.

I pray that DF's wishes come true: that readers will consider their local shelter before going to a breeder.

Our local no-kill shelter in Ottawa has brought back 20 "pre-Katrina" pets from LA and is going back for more next month. Here is a link to their rescue story. Scroll down for pics.

I love happy endings !

Regine

Regarding the bandanas on your dogs....do they wrestle and tear them off each other?? My 2 girls have shredded so many bandanas I've given up. Soon as they get a new set, off they come. Curious to know if it's just my two who act this way.

We have made this an annual event in October for the past 10 years. this past June we went white water rafting in the Nantahala River with the girls and stayed at the same place.
