luge, nice work. Great minds think alike! You did the same we did on the sofa side. If we had kept ours I was thinking of the same mod for the dinette side. On paper, my DW was able to fit in our dinette, but in the real world she need a bit more room. I think removing the seat back would have done the trick. Now we will never know.
Currently RV-less but not done yet. |

Very nice job! interesting how different solutions are applied to the same problem. Nice having a roomy aisle, isn't it?

We were measuring to replace our sofa because it was so uncomfortable! The one we were looking at wouldn't fit in the slide. Ended up removing the stuffing from the cushions and replaced with pillows, much more comfortable.
Looking forward to new adventures and new friends. |

Is there some way I can download/print the whole set? You've done a huge job there, that I may well be looking at should my current remedy fail. Send me a PM and I'll shoot you a file transfer link. We didn't monkey too much on the dinette side, I didn't want to move the tank and all the electrical stuff. Plus, we could set up the dinette again if we wanted. |

We made the aisle 25 inches, which is the width of our camping mattresses, so if we have a guest, someone can sleep on the floor. To achieve this, we removed the false wall behind the sofa, but we put the shelf back up. |

just took 'ARvey" out for a little exercise & to fill up the tanks. All is well pending Spring Voyage time. Have temporary potential solution to saggy sofa bed using PC pylons custom built with my own 10 little thumbs. Have been firing up generator monthly as advised. This time got about 5 minutes of sputtering & finally it died. Fired up right away again, and ran a little better, but odd for low hours, clean fuel, recent service, and etc. Almost have recovered from the shock of having to install complete new set of tires "so soon". |

Jake, dunno the age/mileage of your rig, but sidewall cracking/dry rot caused the replacement of my tires with 22000 miles. Better safe than sorry my friend ??
