Discount Tire, singular, has stores all over the USA and are great to do business with.

My 'regular' tire shop is a registered installer for Discount. He beats their prices for me all the time and provides honest advice on the best buy for the money and application.

Cheeze

What tires did you just put on? I recall you were looking.

I'm still 'looking' Burl. There is dryness and light cracking, but we made it to Fla and back with no problem. I don't think I've added more than 3 ft/lbs. to any tire in at least a year.

Since we have identical rigs, Are these your tires?
If so, what are your observations?

Hello all, I have a 2007 Holiday Rambler Agusta Sport with the Chevy engine. This past winter the battery went dead a few times and had to get a boost to get it started. I figured I wait till spring to get a new one. I went to R&S Strauss and bought a new one, from the moment I installed it and started the RV I new something was not right because my rear camera wouldn't turn on. The power light on it was on but no picture. And the battery gauge on the dash seemed to be lower then what I remembered with the old battery. 2 days later when I went to move the RV it wouldn't start, gave it a boost and it started right up. If the RV goes 1 day without being started the battery goes dead. I know nothing about car (RV) engines and what makes them work. I gave the salesperson the details about the type of engine I had and they gave me a battery that looked like the old one. Can someone kindly guide me in the right direction?

Well after many enjoyable years with my Trail Lite we made the decision to go with a bigger rig and choose the Gulf Stream Supernova. This forum has been a invaluable resource and I appreciate all the great information posted here. You members have been great and always willing to give insight and information. Thank you

RJ4 - Happy RV'ing with your "new to you" big toy. You took a giant leap. My BIL had a 2005 Gulf Stream Endura 6340. I had the chance to drive it about 300 miles and loved every bit of it. That Chevy Duramax pulled like a champion and the turning radius would allow you to turn on a dime and still give you change.

What have you done or plan to do with your 2002 Model 212 w/5.7L Chevy?

Any Trail Lite folk have a clue to our roofs (esp around 2005)?

Are TPO and EPDM easily visually distinguished?

burlmart - Sorry, I cannot answer your question on how to determine the difference in roofs. All I know is the 2002 brochure I saved says I have a "one piece rubber roof". I have a 2006 brochure and it says "One Piece TPO Roof (Energy Star Labeled and Approved)" whatever that means.

So far, knock on wood, mine has been trouble free. It does get dusty and dirty on the roof, but does not seem to bother it at all. I have merely taken a soft bristle brush and washed it and all seems okay.
