No. The search engine can only look at the subject lines, the body of posts and the author's username.

Is there a specific reason the search engine is so... limited?
I mean, using Boolean operators is a pretty basic functionality provided on almost every search engine on every forum I've encountered in recent years - and I get around a bit. Full regex might be asking too much (more so for the users than the software), but Booleans are pretty bog standard...

Enter the keyword or phrase you want to search for. If you start searching from within a forum, there is a checkbox bellow the input field that will allow you to restrict it to only that forum. Clicking a checkmail in that box will limit the search, otherwise all forums will be searched. Click go to the right of the input field to start the search. It does not search for signature and profiles. The following tutorial shows you how to use search engine.
