Ok, somebody explain why I spent 10 hours cleaning my Travco exterior but won't clean the bathroom... Man, that Korkay is some fine cleaner, heartily recommend it. Eric, I *STILL* have the new exhaust for my Rebel lying in its box on the garage floor. Yeah, I know: put the bike together (new fenders, exhaust, crash bar), then I'd have actual room to work on other stuff. Like my window-things off the Travco... In other words, Eric, I don't wanna hear it. *g* |

Heck, that's easy: who wants to clean the bathroom???? I spent 6 hours cleaning the exterior (and have to again, dangit) of my Concord, but made the bf clean the bathroom (which took him 1/2 hr). ![]() '73 Concord 20' Class A w/Dodge 440 - see profile for photo |

Hiya Trish... This is aj, or countessa, whichever. Anyhow, Eric suggested you might be willing to ck out a mh for me in the philly area? Maybe? I can send the link, or if you know someone who might be able to, I'd appreciate it. I've been looking for a 26-30 older Dodge class c, but not having so much luck in our area. And this is a Ford, anyway, but it might work. Let me know one way or the other... Thanks! |

countessaisobella wrote: ![]() No, I won't just jump on anything. (And, you guys can just keep your comments to yourselves...lol) I am pretty picky about what I need... 300-6 is a fine engine on a very good chassis. Now, now, you guys, don't go knocking Ford products because I would then be forced to ask how many of y'uns got 67 yr old Mopars... Oh, wait, Mercury was a completely separate manufacturer in 1941. Still, the merc's got a Ford truck rr end an Ford truck clutch. So there. countessaisobella wrote: ![]() Sounds like an idea. I didn't think to check craigslist outside of my area... Doh... Not like Ebay is local. I bought my Travco off Flint craigslist. Leeann found it. countessaisobella wrote: ![]() Oh, don't I wish. No, my girlfriend does a Fairie Festival out there, so I will be out that way for the 1st wknd of May. And then back to Milwaukee, to no job, but hopefully a mh to live in. ![]() I have never been. A friend (we worked for the same company) is doing the javelin again this year, although his 'real' interest is Bronze Age reenactment. |

It'd be a hike for Trish, who's nearer Pittsburgh. I'll keep looking around here for a Dodge C for you ![]() |

OK, let me put the link on, and we can all figure it out from there? It could be the other P city. :}~ Ok, so like, sometimes the words don't match the pictures in the head. Any help would be fabulous! Just so you know, what I am looking to do is rip out the dinette area, and turn it into a workshop. I am a metalsmith, and will be living/working full time in it. Part of the reason I am picky about the overall length, and confirguration. I've seen some nice ones, but I just can't go smaller. Not and stay as near to sane as I already am. *wink* http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK ![]() |

Okay, here are a couple: http://baltimore.craigslist.org/rvs/623146098.html http://york.craigslist.org/rvs/618604845.html http://york.craigslist.org/rvs/608598229.html Yes, I know it's not a C, but... http://allentown.craigslist.org/rvs/628172855.html Not a Dodge, but... http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/rvs/631239764.html Looks like a Discoverer, which would have a 440 (or 413, can't remember which): http://reading.craigslist.org/rvs/627640852.html How's that? |

countessaisobella wrote: ![]() why do I have a growly face on the last post? Because there's a : immediately followed by an M in your post, which is the code for the angry face. If you use the Advanced Form, click on the icon after the one that has "…" on it, looks like a globe with a chain link - that's the URL tag button. A little window will pop up, where you can type some words in one box (if you want to) and paste the link into the second box. Then your link won't be messed up by smileys ![]() |

It's Philly. It has a salvage title. Look into how easy it is to convert that to a regular title in your state, or purchasing it will be useless. Other than that, it looks like a well-maintained unit (apart from the carpet & tires, but I'd replace the carpet with laminate anyway). |
