Again, who's got the Boones Farm? ![]() Nothing wrong a 400 engine. It's not as torquey as the RB engines as RB's had slightly more stroke to them. The B engines had slightly shorter stroke amking them a good choice for performance (faster revving, but the powerband is slightly higher). Eric (looking for my copy of Dark Side of the Moon) She ain't purdy, but at least she's slow! ![]() |

I was at that concert, Pittsburgh Civic Arena.
Man, did I get grounded for that....
allpar is great. Thanks, Leeannn.
I talked to my buddy (Bob of course, I have learned to make vehicular judgments based on his expertise) about the 400.
He told me "No" then told me about the 2 external balancers and cast crank.
Oww. Cast crank = bad, why Lincoln and Mercury used forged ones in their Flatheads. And no, Ford and Merc Flatties are NOT the same. Note: Due to invalid formatting, all formatting has been ignored. |

![]() Sorry Eric, I only got pics of the engine bay for you. My computer cord was "hacked" in half by the little beast in the pic. The beast taking the picture ran the batteries down in the digital camara so i didn't have it sunday to pull the front tire. that will have to wait till next weekend. As you can see we have "two" new camping buddies. this is one of them giving me the tongue as he is confronted for chewing my computer chord in half. Sorry about the carb man! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

![]() Trish Davis wrote: ![]() Thank you, PW79 and Master BD,for all the tips you gave me. I would have been way behind the game without them. And Thank you toooo ! I think that we can ALL offer insights and opinions on this or that that can help out most anyone. Our "Dodge Crew" here is small enough - we should do all we can to help each other. |

Tell me you didn't paint 3/4 of your sides flat black "just cause." Although I love flat black... "suede" they call it now. I painted my Ford truck flat black, amazing, I actually managed to get the drivers door a faded grey. Tell you what, 75AC, I fly to CA, it'll be your Clipper I drive home. For a fact, everyone here has been beyond helpful. Plus we have lava lamps. |

Nope Trish, no way I'd paint mine flat black. It gets hot enough in there being silver and white! :0 Found myself a little "accessory" for my Tioga on the same CL, just under a different heading..... 27yo brunette model seeking marrige-minded 35-55yo single man... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
