My Dear Wife decided that the Capri Cowboy Camper was to small and we would have to get something bigger. Because of where we want to go (Running the soft sand of Big Shell) I did not want anything very heavy. We settled on this 1999 Northstar TC800.

Hello,
Just bought a truck camper after being without a trailer/camper for many years.
Just bought this 2001 Northstar pop-up to go 4-wheeling and exploring in.
Looking forward to picking up a little knowledge from the group here.

Three weeks ago I posted the picture of my new camper on the truck, outside the dealership. Today I'm home from the first trip - a 1 night stay at CJ Strike Reservoir. It was windy and cold but still nice - especially being in a camper instead of a tent!!
