Just bought a used 2004 Bigfoot 25c10.6e and a 2013 Ford F-350 diesel dually. Never owned a truck before. Never owned a camper of any kind before. Never went camping until a few years ago. This is all new to me. I'll be spending this winter renovating her interior. Once she's ready, I plan on hitting the road and full-timing. Beyond excited and so obsessed with my new home.

Hi everyone!

This is my first post so I wanted to just say hi before I start asking a bunch of questions. My wife and I bought our first camper, a 2008 Lance 805 last weekend. I really don't know much about campers so this will be an experience for us. I am very mechanically inclined and good at DIY stuff so I expect to have plenty of projects.

We have the TC on my 2004 GMC Sierra 2500 Crewcab and we intend to tow a car trailer (Big Tex 60ch) with either a racecar or a Polaris Ranger on it.

The camper itself seems to be in great condition and hasn't been modified other than a crank up tv antenna.

The 4hr drive home wasn't any strain on the truck for the most part, although it seems like wind resistance is a factor above 65mph.

Here are some pictures:
