Tropical36 is right, there is NOT any pulley involved in the ReadyBrake installation. Brake cable goes straight through the firewall and up to front of vehicle, no pulleys involved. I don't believe there ever was any pulley.
I think that was an oversight - Because SMI uses a pulley, someone probably just assumed ReadyBrake does as well. That needs to be updated.
As to Readybrake offering a 'wireless' system: I think that is referring to the DL-200 wireless brake indicator that Readybrake offers.
That, or the fact that their dashboard LED indicator now connects to the tow bar actuator arm, and there is no (electrical) wire between the toad and MH for the indicator. That may be where the 'wireless' part comes from.
I agree, that its very hard to keep a list like this up to date. If its not, though, it can become misinformative, and lead people to make bad, misinformed decisions.

The information about Ready Brake was written in 2004. At that time, the Ready Brake installation used a pulley. Also, they offered two monitoring systems, one wired, one wireless.
I would have liked to keep the post updated, but have not had the time. And, more importantly, I have not had the cooperation form the companies that I received in 2004. For each of the systems discussed, I was able to talk to either the owner of the company or one of its engineers. They have not been willing to help that much, again.

I have installed the invisibrake in our 2006 honda crv but i cannot find a - ground on the brake switch.My honda dealer says there is no ground at the switch.There is 4 wires coming out of the switch.If some one knows about this it would be a great help.The next plan was to hook up a seperate brake switch along side the other one.Any feed back would be great.

You shouldn't need a ground from the towed vehicle brake switch if I understand your question correctly. The connection from the brake light switch in the towed vehicle is from the "cold" side of the switch. The reason is that you want power for the monitor system to go to the motorhome/towing vehicle to show a dashboard signal only when the brakes activate, so you are looking for the lead that only has power on it when the brakes are pushed in the towed vehicle. From that lead, you would splice a lead that goes to your towing vehicle monitor system using a towing vehicle ground lead to light the lamp and start the warning buzzer timer.
Your install directions shows a good wire diagram for the monitor system on page 14, figure 17.

I really like my SMI Stay & Play. Took me 3 hours including watching the video & READING the directions. Full power brakes, proportinal breaking, no storing the "box" no breaking the firewall from no power boost.

Brake Buddy now offers their only unit specifically made for hybrids.
It is called the Stealth. It is actually installed in the vehicle.
All the other BB units will not work on hybrids.
