We bought our TT brand new October 2022 mainly for my husband to stay in while working out of state. Had to take it in to shop after we were told when bought it they would come to wherever we were to fix it which wasn’t true. Took it in to shop end of July 22 and just now fixed Feb 23 out a lot of money because you still have to make payments plus have to rent apt or hotel for his job. Get to shop camping world which is 2 hours away and the top has been damaged by someone in service. Drive home with no camper because it’s messed up hope it did t cause roof damage and at this point our camper has been in shop almost as long as we’ve had camper. Thinking about contacting lawyer because this is crazy. Have all my voicemails where they said they ordered parts but then 2 months later tell me that they’ve just now ordered the parts they told me they ordered months before.

so call your lawyer see whats to do. p.s if mine I,d have pulled off there lot after one month. your gonna get lot of talk over this get off your butt and do something. good luck.

You should be able to talk to the manufacturer and find out where else it can be taken for warranty work.

My ? Is why do people still buy from camping world. Have never read a good review from anyone that dealt with them

The interesting thing is that every time there is a legit complaint on the forum, the Camping World team comes on, and tells the customer to call them direct. However, we never seem to hear any more, including a successful conclusion to the problem. And while we are at it, the problems continue with no sign of overall improvement.
Today is my personal best for most consecutive days alive.

They offered me $1200 for the time that it took but this was before our camper had been messed up by the Sherman camping world. Im concerned with the roof leaking now or anything else. This has been a nightmare.
