Dometic 9100 Power Awning Problem

I recently had a local RV company replace my awning and
when they started they didn't loosen the knobs on the lower part of the arms causing the square nut to jam against the aluminum track, when I pointed the damage out to the installer he "fixed" it after which the awning retracted as it should. Later I extended the awning and the square nut caught the inside of the track where the nut had dug into it literally forcing the knob's bolt to rip out of the end. The RV company gave me the repacement parts which I installed and now when I retract the awning the bottom of the arm sticks ou a couple of feet instead of folding up against the RV's wall. i called Dometic and they have never seen this and neither has the installer whith his "so-called" years of experience! Any thoughts????
Thanks In Advance,,,

installing a residential fridge

I've got a 37" Cedar Creek with the big slide in the drivers side slide thats about twelve feet long that hold the fireplace/big screen tv, cabinet, stove and four door dometic rv dual fridge {that i think is crapping out on us} and want to replace it with a top freexer res. fridge with an ice-maker like we had in our old daydreamer, i know it'll fit but the slide. running a water supply worries me. Anyone done this?
Thanks in advance!

Flying J/Pilot oil

For the last twelve years going to Florida and back to Ontario {except for the last two winters, thank you covid/stupid Canadian goverment{ we have always fueled at Flying J/Pilot oil stations and stayed overnight however on the way down this fall we had a very bad experience with them as it apperars that the RV courtesy parking areas are filled with commercial trucks and other vehicles! On our last stop in Georgia we were told by the manager to park in the reserved area in back then after told to move eleswhere, after speaking to the owner, a very rude man I pointed out how the RV area was full of commercial vehicles and why aren't they told to park in back with the rest which he responded they really don't care and we were told we can stay put if we paid $18.00 so we did then moved on the next morning. Flying J really didn't have a response when I contacted them afterwards so I'm wondering if any other snowbirds have had a simular experience and have they a better solution?
Thanks in advance!!!
