Photo Signature uploads have not worked for over a year+ on the forums.
Even Mods have not been able to update their photos.
Do not replace your current Signature photo as you will not be able to replace it.
Text only Signatures do work.
This is a Signature test on RV.net forum portal.

Thanks for your reply. I am not trying to add a photo (yet). I have added text to my signature, the name of my truck and trailer, and they do not appear. Can you please look at my profile and tell me why they don't appear?

Never mind. I fixed it. Now my signature appears. I just wasn't following the correct procedure. I was updating the section about my rig and I thought that was the signature. It's not. I have to click on the Preferences link and that takes me to the signature. Thanks to everyone for their help.

Yes, members are not able to upload any Signature graphics/photos.
