Does anyone know if you can return a TIP on the road between Santa Ana and Puerto Penasco or at the Mexicali border crossing? Gacias in advance.

Where is banjercito located east of Caborca or closer to Puerto Penasco?

For years it was located in the middle of nowhere between the border and Caborca. They they built a big facility in Caborca, and it was there. More recently they moved it back to the original location between Caborca and the border. There is nothing else out there except the facility to do vehicle paperwork.
