Ram Canada MSRP is up about 7k from 2022. It’s a fairly small dealership I talked to and they have a ‘22 Longhorn dually on the lot. He thinks they could likely find a dealer that would swap for a Limited. I was told 8 to 12 weeks if I order a ‘23. The only difference I’m aware of from ‘22 to ‘23 is power extend mirrors.

Edit: MSRP on a 2023 Ram 3500 dually limited is $3200 more than an identically equipped 2022 not 7k.

8 to 12 weeks isn't bad.

I agree, buying used 1-3 years old, not best option for most.

Not last year or this year it isn't.

^True that, for obvious reasons, but will return to that at some point!

Look who recently announced, for 2024!

I don't know where you get your info but I am told GM orders start 12-12 for the 2024 models. Both Chevy and GMC are advertising those 2024s will be on lots late spring 2023.

I think I'll take down one of those $70K 1000.00 per month drags come spring, then hope someone like the government steps in and pays off the note. Why should I be held responsible and accountable for my own decision, that's ludicrous? Let someone else pay for it. I am entitled to that and demand it, lol.

#1 Based upon the way you wrote that, I don't get the impression that you are the demographic they'd want to bribe.
#2 There aren't any elections next year, so even if you were of the right demographic, its not the right time to bribe you anyways.

Then again, the way this country is going, we may not be able to own private property much longer anyways...

Ain't it the truth! If those politicians feel entitled to stick their noses up your daughter's private parts, they obviously have no shame and no limits. [emoticon]

I stand corrected. It is Jan. 26, 2023 for crew cabs. Element

I had a GMC General Manager tell me a few weeks ago I could order a 2024 starting 12-12. The same Schmuck who told me he would come off sticker price on a 2023 2500 they had in the showroom. Upon face to face contact it turns out coming off sticker was the $500 incentive GM had in place at the time. He informed me of that right before offering a lowball number by about $5K on a trade in LOL.

I think the dealers are going to find themselves in a bind on used vehicles. The over value of trades sitting on the lot is going to be painful, now they made it when it increased, hopefully they saved some of that. The market is readjusting so trade values are going to decrease to a more reasonable amount moving forward. So saying they low balled you by 5K may be the case, but I think the market is changing rapidly as well.
