4th Solar Install


2004 - 2010 Part Timer (35’ 2004 National RV Sea Breeze 8341 - Workhorse)
2010 - 2021 Full Timer (41’ 2001 Newmar Mountain Aire 4095 DP - Cummins)
2021 - ??? Part Timer (31’ 2001 National RV Sea View 8311 - Ford)

That is a truly a Masterful install Sir, and the GX panel interface is outstanding !!…Just curious, though not depicted in the schematic, have you considered installing a sub-panel to sequester certain AC loads (e.g. converter-charger, refer, water heater, possibly air conditioner?) away from the inverter (to prevent inadvertent battery drawdown)?

Nope. The whole purpose of installing the Victron Multiplus II was to be able to connect it directly the my transfer switch w/o using a sub panel.

My fridge is AC or propane so I can force it into propane mode, and my water heater is propane only.

Yes, my two ACs could run off my batteries as well as other appliances like an AC heater.

However, my inverter is set to shut off when battery voltage drops below a preset voltage.
