RE: Inverter Upgrade

Thought about that. I would like to make the bedside outlets hot on the inverter, but would only use one. Running a separate wire is possible, but a lot of bending for an old man, LOL!

RE: Inverter Upgrade

By the way, I have 50 amp shore power and 350 amps in lithium house batteries.

RE: Inverter Upgrade

Thanks for the responses. After looking I may just leave it as is except I would like to power the outlet by the bed for my CPAP at night. Does anyone have a schematic or picture of how the inverter is wired into the 120 volt load center? I’ve looked at the wiring manual from Winnebago and can’t figure it out.

Inverter Upgrade

2007 Winnebago Voyage 35L just upgraded to lithium, new converter etc. Now I would like to upgrade the inverter from the 600 watt to about 2000. The 600 watt powers the front TV, two front outlets, and the rear TV. How hard would it be to power all the 15 and 20 amp breakers on the load center? Just want to power the outlets, possibly the microwave. I know a little about electrical stuff, but far from an expert. Is this something I could do myself? All Ideas and input appreciated!

RE: Drivers Seat Armrest

Thanks Craig. I’ll try to check that out. Having to start hurricane prep today. One of the joys of living in Florida! ?????

RE: Norcold on Inverter

Yeah, I have used it and left the propane on many times. I was taking the NRVTA home study course and they recommended leaving the propane off for safety. That was right after the part on converters and inverters. It got me thinking, which may or may not be a good thing, LOL. Thanks for the response!

Drivers Seat Armrest

2007 Winnebago Voyage. The armrest on the left side of the driver’s seat let go and drops all the way down. It lifts up normally. I figured out how to remove it and nothing seems to be broken. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Norcold on Inverter

I am concerned about running my Norcold 1200 refer on the onboard inverter. 2007 Winnebago Voyage. I believe the inverter is 600 watts and the refer draws 2.9 amps on 110, or about 330 watts. This way I could run the refer driving with the gas off. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
