Anybody try getting thru to Rickson lately ? I've been trying to make contact via. e-mail and phone with no results for the past week. I've been using, :[email protected] & 1-800-587-7633 Are they still in business ? Thanks K

Not sure, but they've always been hard to reach. Another option are Visions or look for used ones on Craigslist. I have Ricksons on my truck. I bought them probably about 2007-08 with no issues. Don't think I would try to get them now. I had a similar experience to yours with them a coupe of years ago and all I needed was to replace one simulator. I finally ended up buying four new matching ones direct from Real Wheels. These are 19.5 Vision 81 wheels and Cooper Roadmaster Tires (245/70 size) 14 ply tires. Around $1600.00 for four from Summit Racing and Walmart. Rickson has a history of not returning phone calls or e-mails and backorders that last for months. I bought a set of Rickson wheels a year ago for my 2006 Dodge. When I ordered them in the fall (late oct.) they told me it would likely be late spring until I received them, but someone canceled an order for the very wheels I needed and I received them within a month. The SS trim rings took 3-4 months longer as they had been on back order for a long time. Anyway, I have an email address and a direct line phone number for a Heather that I dealt with. I had the same problem a year ago. After 4 tries, I gave up. I guess business for them is good enough that they don't bother returning calls.

They strung me along for 9 months of delays, excuses and lies and almost ruined a trip until Les Schwab stepped up and got my money back and installed 4 Vision 19.5 wheels and Toyo tires. Thanks guys, I gave up also after reading some old posts, went with the Visions, besides DW said if I went with Black wheels she wouldn't ride with me.
