Quote: ![]() But based on Musk’s announcement, Tesla is also expected to finally deliver Tesla Semi to customers who have placed orders up to five years ago. Tesla has been taking reservations with deposits for up to $20,000 per truck. The company is believed to have thousands of reservations for the electric truck with several large companies having big orders, including Walmart and PepsiCo. While the automaker has production capacity deployed in Nevada, it is fairly low volume. Tesla is expected to bring the vehicle to volume production at Gigafactory Texas next year. The company has never announced a planned production capacity, but it is expected to be in the tens of thousands of trucks per year. You guys are id10ts….or just hopelessly lost in your love affair with musk…. Those are not deliveries, as in being delivered to customers to use. If you’d care to know why or how I know that I’d be happy to explain. However I suspect you’ll have some witty, quippy dreamer response and continue on with your fantasy or trolling. Benefit of the doubt there, based on intent. 2016 Ram 2500, MotorOps.ca EFIlive tuned, 5” turbo back, 6" lift on 37s 2017 Heartland Torque T29 - Sold. Couple of Arctic Fox TCs - Sold |

But since you brought it up from the shear excitement you have to continue following this thread ... I will post a picture of a delivery as soon as I see one. Sorry could be an extended period. Could be a bit of a contest to see who posts it first. Best of luck if you join the competition. |

Y'all implied that these trucks were being shipped somewhere to be delivered to customers...by association with the article that said that. What's even funnier, is have you ever seen new semi tractors being shipped on a lowboy? The correct answer would be no. They drive them to location, typically with 2 or 3 more tractors piggy backed off the 5th wheel plates. I wonder why not even a Tesla test mule, which these obviously are, since they're licensed and DOT registered, would need ot be trailered? Oh, yeah, because the Duracells would run out somewhere around the CA/NV state line with no way to charge them back up! |
