Updates are posted periodically amongst the jibber jabber.
Bit of a moving target anyway.

I am pretty curious about the feasibility of the semi. I can see for short haul, smaller loads, but wonder if the capability for OTR travel will happen within the forseeable future.

I think Tesla can sell all the Semis they can build for a decade even if they are just short haul.
The rest will work out over time.

Tesla price is down 5%.

It's like someone we know, me me me... and can't stand without the spotlight on him.

He had to be a hero even if his maneuver is simply a tax move.

There is a lot of irony in this post.

Pepsi is expecting some trucks THIS YEAR.

Well, you know what they say: "Expect in one hand...", or something like that. [emoticon]

And this year is almost over.

Must be one reason for the delay. Range is indeed an issue for semi.

Wonder though why they did not pursue the plan for a 10-minute battery exchange solution again extended re-charging.

No. I don't believe range is an issue or will be significantly changed for production. I think companies will buy too many of the long range and find the shorter range version would have been fine.

Battery exchange seems to be better in theory than in practice.

Looks like Pepsi gets the first Megacharger.
