I am interested in this thread, but the constant "almost here, almost here, almost here, almost here" just gets so tiresome. Why can't the fan boys just accept that it will be late, and it will get here at some point, and give it a rest? Instead we get daily reports about it's "almost here". I mean it's coming up on 4 years and it's still not here, but it's "almost here".
Come back in April for an update.

But navel-gazing its no fun.[emoticon][emoticon]

Meaning, like a fly to the cow's pie?[emoticon]
I can't believe it, you're equating the Tesla semi to a cowpie? Tsk, tsk. [emoticon]

And that has exactly what to do with the semi's availability?

Huh, so you seriously don't know?

Let me edumacate you, in Finance and Production Management 101.

In Tesla's case (I know, my son used to work for Elon).

1. Most, if not all of Tesla's responsible employees are stockholders.

2. When stock prices are up, they report for work earlier, sometimes stay on the job 24/7, work harder and complete their goals, building their megs and overshooting their production targets.

3. When stock prices is down, they dilly-dally driving to work, takes their coffee in their lounge longer, chit chat around the water cooler more often and longer -- thus delaying the completion of their megas and their gigas -- thus delaying production, in this case, the semis.

There you go. You can thank me later for this 3 units each credit on these subjects.[emoticon]

Shoot, I forgot all about Rivian, they were supposed to be rolling them out. Yeah, what happened to them? Hopefully not another Elio Motors.
