So here's what you do if you're a Tesla shortseller or competitor: 1. Buy a brand new Model S Plaid, the world's fastest production car 2. Take out a good insurance policy 3. Set it on fire 4. Call 911 and say "there's a burning Tesla going UPHILL!" 5. Take a nice picture of the burning car, then leave the scene 6. Hire a good lawyer and tell them that you were trapped in the car. You almost died in there! 7. Blame Tesla for "ignoring" you while they're obviously still trying to figure out what really happened 8. Watch the share price take a dive as Plaid orders are being cancelled 9. Hope that you dont get caught! If you're really lucky, the authorities will force Tesla to stop selling the Plaid altogether! 10. Cash in on your short investment 11. Collect the insurance money Farfetched? Why would Pensylvania driver imediately call lawyers in LA and Miami before the fire was even extinguished. |

SEC law suit is now on going and is the second one that I know of. First one Tusk lost and judgement was $20Millon from the corporation and $20million from Tusk. Normally as both punishment and to warn via that 'lesson' to not do it again. This one looking like billion$ if Tusk loses, but he (Tusk) has a huge following that might include folks making judgement... Again, personally think Tusk is a genius, but not as smart as he & others think he is... -Ben Picture of my rig 1996 GMC SLT Suburban 3/4 ton K3500/7.4L/4:1/+150Kmiles orig owner... 1980 Chevy Silverado C10/long bed/"BUILT" 5.7L/3:73/1 ton helper springs/+329Kmiles, bought it from dad... 1998 Mazda B2500 (1/2 ton) pickup, 2nd owner...
