Imagine what I nice motorcoach plus toad I could buy for that much money.
For consideration would be a million dollar Foretravel and a $130K Land Rover.

Not for me, thank you. For a more reasonable price I would prefer a new Ford GT. For an absurd price I would prefer a Koenigsegg One:1 or his Agera R

I was only mentioning a coach and a toad. The rest of the money I would use for filling my 10-car garage, and my boathouse...[emoticon]

I can't imagine being willing to blow 3 million on a car but if I was going to do it, that might very well be the car I would choose... not that color though.

Last car I would want, the Bugatti. I would much prefer...as far as a sportscar goes either a new Porsche 911 Carrera for 102K CAD or a new Corvette Z06 for 93K CAD.

I had to look both prices up on the internet as I'm not really in the market for a supercar.

Till my ship comes in, I will make do with my 11 year old Buick 6 passenger sedan...has the wonderful and legendary Buick 90 degree, 3.8 V6...or our newer car, a 2015 Chevy Impala with it's 3.6 liter, DOHC, 60 degree V6...305 hp. The Impala is not like the old style Impala, but the newer...Opel designed...version.

For an admittedly old guy...these two cars have enough zip for me...geez...I'm sounding like my father did...30 years ago. [emoticon]

I'm with you on that heck sells tax alone in KS would be $270,000. I could not even imagine what insurance would be. But if you have 3 million in disposable income that probably is not a concern.

Just think you could buy 42 new 70k trucks and still have money left over.

Mark Zuckerberg could buy a dozen with what he made just today.

BBC Top Gear had it on last week. They said that it can empty it's fuel tank (100 liters) in 9 minutes at top speed, however they didn't have the 2nd key needed to unleash it's full potential...
Michelin had to engineer and produce tires just for the car. (I would have thought a set of Chinese ST's would be fine... [emoticon] )

I wonder if anyone knows the towing capacity?

Just found the summary of the show

Inquiring minds want to know...

I bet the back tires are about the same size as the Pirelli P Zero Nero P405/25ZR24 .

OMG, I think I am going to upchuck... It may be a technological marvel, but who would ever design something so frickin' fugly?

And the name? Chiron (and not Chyron, a message that scrolls across the bottom of a TV image) was a Greek mythological figure who was wounded by Hercules and then invented medicine to heal himself. Stupid name to go with a stupid car... [emoticon]

The side view looks even worse. Ettore Bugatti must be turning in his grave.

Or for less than 80K you can have one of these. It seats five, has four doors and a big trunk.

Actually, the fastest sedan at the legendary 'Ring happened a long time ago!

In 1961 a Fiat Abarth 850 TC (similar to 1st pic) won the 500 km race in their class and in '62 they added "nurburgring" badging in honor of their win. These cars were based on a Fiat 600 sedan and the 850 TC produced a whopping 55 HP (up from stock 24.5 HP). Am just restoring one and building it to '62 specs except will have a later 90 HP engine. By 1973 (when Abarth ceased production), these car were purpose-built, highly-developed race cars with huge fenders & wide slicks, fuel injection (Europe only), coil-over suspension, fiberglass body panels and all sorts of trick stuff (by '70s standards) and blew away the competition including larger displacement Porches, BMWs & Alfas. Couldn't find an early 60s photo of a race with Abarths at Nurburgring but the b&w photo is Zandvoort in the Netherlands in '65.
