Topic: So what did you do to your Truck Camper today?

Posted By: ggadwa on 08/24/12 08:55am

I ordered up a Fantastic Fan upgrade kit to change our Model 8000 Create a Breeze into a Model 4000R with reversible Fan switch.
Just completed the simple install of the Upgrade Kit. Its nice to have the Reversible air flow now. We were always disappointed that the EC-950 only came with the one way fan.
Happy Campers!!!

Buzzcut, is the new house the one on your truck or in the background? [emoticon]

Installed my new all aluminum radiator for the engine, the new all aluminum Long Tru-Cool Max 45,000 BTU transmission cooler, and my Derale deep transmission pan and pickup extension, along with the temp sensor for the new temp gauge (To be installed).

Still need to get some more transmission fluid, 2.5 gallons in and we're still not up to the cold mark yet on the dip stick, and I need to take the truck over to the exhaust shop to have the exhaust redone, hacked a section of the driver's side down pipe out to accommodate the new transmission pan [emoticon].

Once the exhaust is done, I've just gotta swap the driver's side air bellows on the suspension and fix up the fender cosmetically and the truck side of the equation will be ready to roll [emoticon].
