today I added another 100w Ronogy solar panel for a total of 300w now. with battery's down to 88%, and around 10A of load running in the camper I was seeing 16.1A Solar on the Bogart solar charging system. the sun was not full straight on either. pretty soon we head to the beach boon-docking for a real test. 2022 Ford F150 Sold: 2016 Arctic Fox 990, 2018 Ram 3500, 2011 Open Range Sold Forest River Forester 2401R Mercedes Benz. when campsites went from $90 to $190 per night. |

Loaded it on the truck to get it out of the way. Concrete crew will be here Monday to pour the floor for the future carport.

Loaded the camper up for the first time this year, dewinterized the plumbing, flushed the fresh water system, and installed a new anode in the water heater. Then restocked all the staple foods and hooked up my trailer for the UTV and prepped for the upcoming Memorial day weekend.

Got tired of repainting my roof again,so bought some 0.020 gage aluminum sheets and glued those on the roof and front sides overlaping the edges.. Will do the whole TC eventualy.. Used the very expensive epoxy adhesive @ 70$ a tube..but its the only glue guaranteed to stick to aluminum..smell same as JBweld stuff,,but needs special caulking gun to apply.. ![]() Gluing aluminum is easier and faster then riveting, wonder why Airstream folks dont use it? |
