Getting really anxious for the April 13th departure to Southern Utah TC camping and hiking, In the mean time its too cold and too snowy to work on repainting the Happijacs on our 2011 Eagle Cap 950. Still 18 inches of snow here....and snowing again today.

LOL... it "feels" like spring here too! March is our snowiest month so it is the norm.

Put it back on the truck after the body shop re-bent and re-aligned the driver door of the truck. Cab is totally quiet at freeway speeds (took it up to 75) vs a really loud air leak whistle that we had. Bet $160.00 I have spent in a while

Frames 1&3 are the before shots 2&4 are after the body work ( truck came that way when we bought it used)

Installed a new slide topper on our 1150. Ordered it a couple of months ago, just been to busy (playing too). Last night was a nice evening, so...

Took two hours. 20 min gathering tools, caulking, ladders and unwrapping the package. 20 min reading the instructions and 10 min determining that the instructions were way to complicated.

Got it on, easy peasy. Glad to get it done. We camp all year; this should slow the intrusion of crappy stuff (can't say c r a p on this site) inside and ease the work load of cleaning the top off.

Got a little further into the interior demo on the Amerigo, and dropped money on parts.

Going to order a new A/C unit and sell the roof unit I bought used last year, its too large for the Amerigo.

Bought:
250ft 12/2 Romex
7 - 100ft rolls of the 12gauge Automotive wire in all the major RV colors
2 Vintage style thin lite fluorescent fixtures (Sorry, I like them better than LEDs)
Kreg Rip-Guide (I don't have a table saw)
Progressive Dynamics PD4045 Power Distribution Center

Replaced the propane sniffer. Old one was 9 years old and I didn't trust it anymore. Wow, they don't give those away!!

Washed outside and started sorting out what we are taking to this week's Southeast TC Rally in Gatlinburg!!! Hope to see many of you there.

This has become one of my biggest chores (the sorting not the washing). With limited storage, I have to decide what can stay home for the short trips and what has to go for the long ones. Bikes or no bikes, dining canopy or no dining canopy, lounge chair for Mommy (me) or no lounge chair, extra gray water tank or no extra tank... the list goes on. But it's a good thing!! Means there is a trip headed my way!

Happy camping to all!!!
