Went lurking at some Fithwheel. I would love to have more room in the TC like they have in the fithwheel, but love the versatility of a TC, the possibility to camp during winter, take it to the relative for an overnight stay when we had a couple of beer too much, taking any spot in a camping, camping remote to the end of the road, take the boat, trailer, scooter when I want to. Too much fun in the TC for now I guess. |

Sprayed pesticide around the outside and the inside to keep the creepy crawlies at bay. Tuned the sat dish in to keep it updated. Sat around dreaming of next week pig hunting trip.

Great little 12v compressor. Bought a HUSKY brand compressor with 130 psi capacity. Slow filling 10 psi on my rig, but getting the job done. Love the size and the handy nylon case it came with. On sale at Home Depot for $25. We shall see the longevity! At the very least it filled my airbags in less than 60 seconds each. 2016 Grand Design Solitude 377MB |

I ask because I have not seen a 12v in our store. * This post was edited 03/15/13 06:57am by narcodog * |

Made some purchases, getting ready for the Alaska excursion: ride-rite airbags, in cab controller, front hitch, tire rack for the fron hitch, and a pair of aluminum 'ramps' to use as the base for a small rear porch with ramp access. I'll have a month between retirement and the trip to install and test, at the same time I do the 7K maintenance.

Finished installing the mini blinds, cleaned & reinstalled the cooktop, made the bed and finally slept in it in the driveway.

Finally getting the 7-pin receiver installed in the truck bed and evidently having the TC re-caulked. Also, found this cool idea http://www.doityourselfrv.com/rv-storage-ideas-tic-tac-rv-spice-rack/. I have started collecting the boxes from co-workers and my task this weekend is label making and mounting with magnets. Just hooked up my new winegard carry out satelite dish,WOW is that easy. I think I'm really going to like this investment. I was concerned with the $$$$, but if it stands the test of time I will be a very happy camper
