Hope all is well with everyone - no posts in 6 days makes me fret! As for me, having vocal cord surgery in a couple of hours. Fingers crossed!

Richard, I sure hope you are doing well.

Good morning everyone. The fourth of July weekend is coming up and I wish everyone a safe weekend. I remember we were in Missouri going home from Yellowstone when we stopped for the night at a KOA next to the interstate. The forth of july fireworks came out in the campground and it was bad, Our Mama dog was scared to death as was HObo and Suzie and Peaches. I kept my cool until someone threw a firecracker under the camper. That is when I came out and put an end to the fireworks. I call the police and they cam out and I was told it was legal for them to display the fireworks, When I told them about being attacked with fireworks under the camper they shut it down and collected all the beer cans. I wasn't a very popular person in the campground that night, but it sure got quiet for the rest of the night. Okay that's my forth of July story and I am going to close with that one. Have a blessed day. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them

Hi everyone, I'm still here. Slowly getting better. I went to the doctor yesterday and he was pleased with my progress. I am gaining strength and stamina. I decided not to take the job at the car dealership. too soon. I need some more time to build up to it. Things have really changed this year. It has been and up and down kind of year. My X mother in law passed Monday night. She was a good person. Always the encourager.

I hope all is well with everyone. WE have gotten lots of rain lately, everything is pretty and green outside. Okay I am going to leave for now wishing you a blessed evening. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them.

Richard glad you got a good report from the Doctor.
Saturday's post had us concerned.

We need rain. Ground is very dry and hard. The lawns are brown and crunches when you walk on them. I had some yard work done and some new grass seed planted. The area around that is starting to turn green again from watering the newly planted seed.

We finally stayed 2 nights in the camper over the weekend. Stayed at our niece's property with a few family members we had 5 campers there. We had a good time.

It will be well in the 90's again today we have a heat warning from 11 Am to 4 Pm today.
