LOL! I tried for hours to get that ******* nut off of the stud and couldn't, not even with lockjaws on the back of the stud. I finally just lost my temper and flipped out.

I'm quite sure ****sucker, mother****** and combinations of those words came out of my mouth multiple times. Pretty sure Father Almine from Loyola High School would have fainted. (Yes, I'm from Maryland too, Timonium).
Any ideas on where to get a used one? I know they're not available new anymore, unless you know something.

No, the hubs aren't the same, but would they fit the spindle, or am I just completely fornicated?
Now I had to deal with Freddy's Irish Anger and fix the dents in the hub. I took the same cutoff wheel and laid it horizontal and got 95% of the stupidity out. I used my Dremel with a small sanding drum and got all of the bumps from the dents out. I then ground a bit off of the dust cap and Bob's your uncle...everything is good to go. No clearance issues, no rubbing, nothing.
So now, instead of needing a new hub and rotor, I just need a couple of new studs.
This project was supposed to help PTSD. Sometimes I think it exacerbates it.

After calming down, I went back outside and reassessed the situation. I ended up doing what I should have done in the first place and cut the stud and nut off.

One question -- press-in dust caps or threaded dust caps?
If I could find front hubs for my '73 RM350, with threaded-in dust caps, I'm fairly sure we can find a new hub for you.
You may have the heavier front axle for medium-duty trucks. Those were sometimes put in CB300 and MB300 chassis.
Try the parts stores that specialize medium-duty trucks, like delivery and tow trucks. (They may not be open until Monday.)
I can check my sources but not until Monday or Tuesday.
If it has press-in dust caps, you can clean it up. Just watch the dust caps to make sure they stay put. (You may have to expand them slightly to make them stay put.)

Press-in caps, and I got it fixed. I just need to buy new wheel studs for it.
