whats up guys ..i have 79 dodge brouham with sending unit problems [emoticon]

i did have a grounding problem at sending unit but mechanic fixed it .i did add 25 gal. of gas and needle moved lil above empty mark.now is this normal ?it is 49 gallon tank..can 25 be the reserve

What, precisely, is the engine doing? Or not doing.
Why sending unit, have you tracked down all the other electrical gremlins?
