Topic: How many of us are there? Owners of Dodge based RV's?

Oldtrucker,
I looked up Harlan's location and I think I have the reference. My father-in-law was in the Army during WWII and had a buddy from there I think. My son used to live in Wytheville Va. which is not all that far from Harlan County and I think he mentioned that. He is gone now so I can't ask him. Anywho, I am enjoying watching your rebuild... keep up the good work.
A.

I don't think anyones dying statement ever contained the words "I wish I had spent more time in the office", so lets go somewhere!

Well I've been busy working on my rig and finding more damage to repair. Here are some more pics. I'm having trouble with some of the labels and descriptions on some of the pics, sorry. If you have any questions please just ask. Most are of the drivers side and overhead bunk installed. I found a lot more damage along this side when I pulled off the siding to repair the front corner.

To all wha' be our kith an' kin of kindred spirit here, Greetings!

I thank each o' ye for not only the sharin' o' ye wisdom, but also o'
yer heart,

And before this year frets down to a close, an' the new begins his start...

The Preacher once spoke "Iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens his fellow
man's countenance- his character's "face"!

I thank ye all, for the kindness o' the shapin' done, the passage disputed, and th' lending o' ye grace.

I pray that we shall continue our little measure as we may,

Helpin' those curious of our craft learn well, seek and find, and navigate
wisely their way.

Rememb'rin the Great Teacher, who gave His gifts to men freely

His greatest, given at the price of His life, He gave lovingly an' serenely!

So let us return th' good while th' sun upon us shines

And return e'en in our own little measure th' thanks due th' Glory divine!

Now I must close, blessings an' best wishes I bid to thine, and to thee,

Faith, Peace and Love- the best comes always in threes!!

may God bless y'all...

I'll second that.

Merry Christmas to everyone who's made this thread as good as it is!

Santa stepped up (I'm still waiting for that da*n pony from 1965) and got me a job this year. I start on Monday. Yep, full-time!

^ woohoo! Congrats, Trish [emoticon]

Definitely, congratulations are in order. Santa hasn't gotten me anything as useful yet. I'm hoping for clients for my new business... I'd think I'd rather 'make' my own job.

But good for you, I hope it's enjoyable. (Or tolerable at the very least. lol )

Well, Trish... I'll third that lol!! And Merry Christmas, y'all.

You and everybody here make this thread as good as it is... all I really do is make like a clone and stand here just "beside myself"
in amazement. I always hope we can continue it. At least long enough
for me to "archive" it all.

I hope the new job is good for you and good to you. Heck, girl if I had work to offer you I'd beg, nay; grovel, just to work with you!
Of course, I have an unparalleled sense of quality in folks. hee hee

I'm still waiting on that Whizzer motorbike...

Happy hollandaise! ... I mean holidays, y'all!

Mark

Trish... so how's the new job?

On another note... merry Christmas to me... post holiday shopping. I finally tracked down one of the king size 4" memory foam mattresses that several have used as RV replacements. I've been checking stores for over a year. I may or may not be testing it this weekend. Either way, I'll report back. I need to cut it down. It's actually about 10" too short to go from side to side, but I plan on building a storage self/drawers in with the left over area. I aways keep my bag at the end anyway.

Lastly... what shocks have ya'll been going with. Many mention the bilstiens, but a few manufacturers don't recommend them on 24' RVs.

Thanks everyone. Hope ya'll have a good New Years.
