Trish, I didn't look for the stuff you're asking about, but I know you are looking for the funky wheels for your rig. Will ones from a 1989 Eldorado class A work? In my help to Countessa, I've been seeing late model rigs with 6 lug wheels. Might those fit yours? She ain't purdy, but at least she's slow! ![]() |

Trish Davis wrote: ![]() The search function on this board is making me crazy. Has been for 45 minutes. Okay, then.... Where's that nifty aftermarket water tank hookup diagram that Leeann posted last fall? oh, so wrong to say "somewhere in this thread...." I don't even know where that is.... I'll look on my HD, though. '73 Concord 20' Class A w/Dodge 440 - see profile for photo |

Eric, I have no idea. Size of the "hole," space between lugs, etc. Where'd you come across a Class A ElDorado? Duh... Gotta be 6-lug, remember. Sure am willing to find out, though.... * This post was last edited 03/13/08 05:54pm by Trish Davis * |

Trish, actually Countessa found the ad for it, and I noticed 2 things- 1) it was a fairly new MH, thus probably having wheels that you can still buy tires for 2) It has 6 lugs, so there may be hope! Another thought, aren't those little straight trucks (Isuzu, Mitsubishi) 6 luggers too? Hmmm...... |

Eric-- 1) What ad, where? 2) I can still buy bias-ply, for that matter 3) Diameter of the center hole + space between lugs! I need that info! 4) Huh?? |

I think this was it Fleetwood Aren't there those little straight trucks running around down by you? Those Mitsu's and Isuzus are everywhere up here, real cheap to operate trucks. I don't know their bolt patterns, but when they're worn out, these trucks get junked like anything else, so check your local salvage yards. My opinion? If you plan on taking the rig anywhere far from home, don't use the obsolete tires that you can still buy, you'll have a heck of a time finding a replacement if you need to... |

Those Isuzu based van trucks are everywhere around here too. Never stopped to look at what kind of wheels they use.... might be a good idea to check those out ......
I don't think anyones dying statement ever contained the words "I wish I had spent more time in the office", so lets go somewhere! |

Ok... I *think* it is a 7 1/4 pattern. So, what does that mean in English? I just go and measure the d*mn things... And 3-hole wheels. Some reason, that's important. Also was told to start looking for IH and Ford rims of the same years(s). |
